Arsenal FC are working towards keeping Mesut Ozil over Alexis Sanchez as contract negotiations resume. The German would see his contract lapse at the end of the season. He is free to sign pre-contract with foreign sides with Catalan club Barcelona topping the list of interested sides.

Sanchez produced the deftest Panenka to fool Heaton in the Burnley goal and secure a vital three points as the Gunners climbed above north London rivals Tottenham into second place, just eight points behind leaders Chelsea.
