Premier League title favourites Manchester City have offered a three-year deal to Arsenal full back Bacary Sagna, according to the Guardian.
The France international is set to be out of contract at the end of the season, and after nearly seven trophyless years in North London, is considering his options.

The Daily Express have reported that Arsenal are considering making an approach for Liverpool defender Martin Skrtel.
The Slovakian’s future at Anfield has been in doubt after losing his place in the starting line-up for the majority of the second half of last season.
Liverpool are thought to be making a number of changes ahead of next season, with Skrtel one of many set to be moved on.
