Arsenal will give late fitness tests to Tomas Rosicky and Nacho Monreal ahead of tomorrow afternoon’s Premier League clash with Fulham at the Emirates Stadium.
Rosicky may play with the aid of a mask after having an operation on his broken nose, while Monreal is doubtful with a foot injury.
Abou Diaby, Theo Walcott, Nickas Bendtner, Yaya Sanogo, Thomas Vermaelen, Mikel Arteta and Aaron Ramsety all miss out through injury.
Three points for Arsene Wenger’s men will keep them on top of the table; while anything but a win will leave the door open for both Manchester City and Chelsea to capitalise.
Fulham have won at Arsenal, while the Gunners secured a 3-1 victory when the sides met at Craven Cottage in this seasons reverse fixture back in August.
Meanwhile, the club have been given a boost in their attempt to sign Real Madrid’s Alvaro Morata, after it emerged that the La Liga giants are willing to listen to offers for the striker.
Arsene Wenger is keen to add another striker to his injury hit squad, and has been linked with a loan move for the Spain U21 international, who has started just once in La Liga under manager Carlo Ancelotti.
