It seems that Arsenal currently has a team that can allow them to challenge for the title.
Indeed during recent weeks the team has hit top form and currently winning their games comfortably. New players such as Mustafi and Xhaka have adapted quickly to the pace of the English game and have definitely strengthened the team.
Players such as Ozil and Cazorla are also playing well, and this is helping the Gunners win games comfortably. This was particularly true in the game against Chelsea where they have restricted their London rival to only one shot on target in the 84th minute. Cazorla was superb in the center of the park in his deep-lying playmaker role. The Spanish midfielder was not only good in creating openings for his teammates; he was equally good at breaking down the opposition attack.
The only bad news is that they have lost Coquelin and the French midfielder is likely to miss out a couple of games due to injury. However, with the arrival of Granit Xhaka, they have a more than capable replacement and we will have to see how Arsene Wenger is going to use him in the midfielder. Xhaka is more than just a defensive midfielder and will want to participate in the attack. However, with Cazorla alongside him, this could be a problem as both players tend to play in the same position and have the tendency to play the same kind of pass.
Wenger will have to find a way to use both Xhaka and Cazorla in central midfield if he wants to keep the current momentum going.
For many pundits, Arsenal has a complete squad this season, and they can mount a serious push for the title. They still have Ramsey and Welbeck to come back in the squad to add more quality to the team.
